At NEO Sabers™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
